how does this work?
you post a gig with the role, the project and the budget. BreadButter matches it against creatives on bb.bio and sends you a shortlist within a week. you open their bb.bio and hire directly.
how fast will i hear back?
within a week. every quick gig gets a shortlist of matched creatives within a week of posting. if nobody fits within two weeks, the fee is refunded in full.
are the creatives vetted?
every match comes with their bb.bio, so you see the actual work before you reach out. curated matchmaking goes further: BreadButter interviews and vets candidates before you meet them.
what if i’m hiring for more than one role?
post one gig per role at ₹500 in India or $5 elsewhere, or pick curated matchmaking for a plan built around a whole team. for ongoing hiring, write to partnerships@thebreadbutter.com.
how is this different from a job board?
