Deposit Refund:

• Full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date.
• No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the shoot date.

Remaining Balance Refund:

• Requests for refunds on the remaining balance must be made within 7 days of the shoot.
• Refund processing time is 6-8 business days.
